Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior retail, customer service, or fulfillment experience preferred.
• Ability to use handheld devices and follow digital order systems; strong attention to detail for product quality and order accuracy.
• Availability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Compliance with company policies including safety, sanitation, and dress standards.

Responsibilities

• Select high-quality products for online orders.
• Move throughout the store picking items, checking quality, and matching orders.
• Bag items carefully and manage substitutions.
• Coordinate orders for timely handoff to customers for pickup or delivery.
• Prepare orders for delivery or pickup and maintain organized workflow.
