Job summary

Albertsons Companies Inc. is seeking an In Store Shopper for Drive Up & Go to fulfill online grocery orders with accuracy. You will select high-quality items, check freshness, bag orders, and coordinate substitutions for pickup or delivery.

In this fast-paced role, you’ll move through the store, work with handheld devices, and ensure timely handoff to customers while maintaining excellent service standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior retail, customer service, or fulfillment experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail for product quality and order accuracy.
• Able to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Comfortable using handheld devices and following digital order systems.

Responsibilities

• Select high-quality items for online orders.
• Prepare orders for pickup or delivery with accuracy.
• Bag items and manage substitutions when needed.
• Coordinate handoff of orders to customers and team members.
• Move throughout the store to fulfill multiple orders efficiently.
