The role requires weekend availability, including Saturdays and Sundays, and a shift pattern that may include early mornings, afternoons, evenings, and holidays. Responsibilities include fulfilling online orders with accuracy, learning product details, assisting customers, and maintaining a clean staging area.

Qualifications

• No prior retail experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Sufficient English language proficiency to prepare and shop orders.
• Must be 18+ years old.

Responsibilities

• Fulfills online orders efficiently, accurately and with a sense of urgency using handheld technology and/or fixed devices.
• Ensure product and order accuracy through meticulous verification and quality control processes.
• Learn and apply product knowledge, customer service standards, and store operations to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Keep staging area organized and free of clutter.
• Handle in-store and online order returns and pickups.
• Comply with government regulations such as age verification requirements for restricted items.
• Assist with customer inquiries and provide store information.
• Maintain knowledge of product and promotional events.
• Maintain a positive work environment.
• Communicate clearly, collaboratively and courteously.
• Attend all meetings assigned by Leadership, including daily huddles.
• Support company program and initiatives across checkout options, store formats and product assortment.
• Maintain adherence to safety and store security protocols.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
