Job summary

Cole Haan is seeking a part-time Store Associate to support in-store selling and service culture. You will help achieve sales and KPI goals, assist the management team, and contribute to a positive, fast-paced environment.

This role requires strong customer service, English communication, ability to operate POS systems, and teamwork. Candidates must be at least 16, flexible to work nights, weekends, and holidays, and capable of handling physical duties including lifting up to 25 pounds regularly.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays as required by retail business needs.
• Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Contribute positively by working effectively with others in a team-oriented environment.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Able to communicate effectively in verbal and written English.
• Able to operate POS systems and have professional phone skills.
• Physical requirements include twisting, bending, squatting, reaching, climbing a ladder and standing for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
