As a Retail Sales Associate, you will engage with homeowners while they shop and introduce them to ARS heating, cooling, and home comfort solutions. This is a high-energy sales role focused on customer engagement, lead generation, and appointment setting.Start friendly, face-to-face conversations with shoppers about home comfort, energy efficiency, and indoor air qualityAct as a Brand Ambassador by educating customers on ARS heating and cooling services and home improvement solutionsGenerate leads and schedule free in-home consultationsEnter customer information and book appointments for ARS specialistsRepresent ARS with a professional and positive in-store presenceSupport in-store promotions alongside retail management and ARS team members

Qualifications
