Job summary

American Home Design is seeking motivated Promotions Representatives for our Mt. Juliet area team to represent us in local retail environments. You will engage shoppers at Home Depots, Sam's Clubs, or events, using a script to generate interest and set appointments.

These roles offer a flexible schedule with weekly pay and an uncapped bonus structure. There is potential for full-time employment with benefits, including health insurance, and opportunities for growth within the company.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing background (servers, retail, call center)
• Ability to speak to customers with confidence and enthusiasm
• Independent, self-motivated, comfortable with rejection
• Tech-savvy and able to learn app-based systems
• Must be able to work weekends; flexible schedule
• Ability to walk the store for a 4 hour shift
• Reliable transportation
• Must be able to pass a background check

American Home Design is hiring part-time and full-time In-Store Promotions Representatives for our Mt. Juliet area team. We have openings to work retail stores in Lebanon and other Nashville locations too.

Our promoters work at local Home Depots, Sam's Clubs, or Events to generate interest and leads for our home improvement products. You get paid well to talk to people! We offer paid training and a lucrative base + unlimited bonus opportunity. Our top lead generators make over $30/hour!
