I. Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative In-store Sales Specialist to join our sales team in the United States. As a key member of the team, you will primarily handle sales in physical stores and actively explore non-traditional sales channels. Your goal will be to enhance market share and brand influence at retail terminals and establish long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with retailers.

II. Main Responsibilities

  1. In-store Sales Execution
  • Optimize product display and merchandising in physical stores, ensuring alignment with brand image and ease of customer discovery. Adjust layouts based on sales data and market feedback, especially during peak seasons, to boost sales.
  • Engage actively with customers in-store, understand their needs, and provide professional consultations to convert interactions into sales. Build customer loyalty through high-quality service to encourage repeat business and positive word-of-mouth.
  • Track and analyze daily sales data, identify trends and issues, and report findings. Develop targeted strategies to improve sales performance based on data insights.
  • Non-traditional Channel Development
    • Explore emerging retail models by partnering with pop-up stores, independent retailers, boutiques, and community spaces to expand product reach.
    • Seek cross-border cooperation opportunities, such as collaborating with local art studios or other industry brands, to hold innovative sales activities that attract target customers and increase brand awareness.
  • Retailer Relationship Management
    • Maintain close communication with retailers, visit stores regularly, and support them with training and problem-solving to ensure proficient sales skills and product knowledge.
    • Set and adjust sales targets with retailers, organize promotional activities, and motivate them to meet sales goals. Collect market feedback and competitive intelligence to inform product development and marketing strategies.

    III. Qualification Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree or higher, regardless of industry background.
    • Minimum of 3 years sales experience, preferably with in-store sales background.
    • Knowledge of the US retail market and experience with non-traditional sales channels is advantageous.
    • Excellent sales and communication skills, capable of engaging with diverse customers and partners.
