ARS is hiring an In-Store Sales Representative/Lead Generator in Michigan. You will engage retail shoppers, present ARS HVAC services, and assist with lead generation and scheduling in-home consultations. This role offers weekly pay, uncapped commissions, and paid training.

Flexible part-time and full-time schedules are available; insurance options begin after 31 days and include medical, dental, vision, a 401(k) with company match, PTO, holiday pay, and life insurance.

Qualifications

• Positive and energetic personality with strong people skills.
• Comfortable approaching customers in a retail environment as a product consultant.
• Retail, kiosk, or sales experience preferred (not required).
• Able to stand and walk during shifts.
• Weekend and some holiday availability.
• Reliable transportation.
• Clean, professional ARS appearance.
• Ability to attend weekly in-office meetings.

Responsibilities

• Engage retail shoppers and introduce ARS HVAC services; support lead-generation and scheduling of in-home consultations or services.
• Act as a retail Brand-Ambassador for ARS with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Explain service options, system upgrades, and comfort improvements as Promotions Specialist.
• Schedule in-home consultations and tune-ups with service technicians and comfort advisors.

Responsibilities

• As an In-Store Sales Representative and Lead Generator, you will engage with retail shoppers and introduce them to Andy's Statewide heating and air conditioning services. This role supports lead-generation, brand-awareness, and customer education while scheduling in-home consultations or HVAC services.
• Act as a retail Brand-Ambassador, representing ARS with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Serve as a Promotions Specialist explaining service options, system upgrades, and comfort improvements.
• Function as a Lead-Generator and Appointment Setter, scheduling in-home consultation and tune ups with service technicians and comfort advisors.
• Note: this role is not door-to-door, does not canvass, and does not function as a canvasser.
