Andy's Statewide Heating & Air Conditioning in Michigan seeks an In-Store Sales Representative and Lead Generator to engage retail shoppers, introduce our HVAC services, and schedule in-home consultations with service technicians. You will act as a brand ambassador and explain options to customers in a friendly, solution-focused way.

Qualifications

• Positive and energetic personality with strong people skills.
• Comfortable approaching customers in a retail environment as a product consultant.
• Retail or sales experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts.

• Clean, professional appearance representing the ARS brand.
• Ability to attend weekly in-office meetings.

Overview

Pay: $18 - $20 per hour + commission

Earning potential: $20 - $30 per hour on average with commission

Schedule: Hours available between Monday - Sunday

Location: Macomb , Utica, and Sterling Heights, Shelby Township, MI

Part-time and full-time opportunities available

Responsibilities

• As an In-Store Sales Representative and Lead Generator, you will engage with retail shoppers and introduce them to Andy's Statewide heating and air conditioning services. This role supports lead-generation, brand-awareness, and customer education while scheduling in-home consultations or HVAC services.
• Act as a retail Brand-Ambassador, representing ARS with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Serve as a Promotions Specialist explaining service options, system upgrades, and comfort improvements.
• Function as a Lead-Generator and Appointment Setter, scheduling in-home consultation and tune ups with service technicians and comfort advisors.
• Note: this role is not door-to-door, does not canvass, and does not function as a canvasser.
