ARS-Rescue Rooter is hiring In-Store Brand Ambassadors to work inside major home improvement retail locations in Rockwall, TX. This sales role focuses on customer engagement, lead generation, and appointment setting, connecting with homeowners as they shop and introducing them to ARS heating, cooling, plumbing, and energy-efficient solutions.

The position offers hourly pay with uncapped commission, weekly direct deposit, paid training, and a flexible mix of part-time and full-time opportunities

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality and willingness to speak with shoppers.
• Retail or sales experience preferred (not required).
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts.
• Weekend and some holiday availability.
• Reliable transportation.
• Clean, professional appearance representing the ARS brand.
• Attend weekly in-office meetings.
• Employment is contingent on a background check in accordance with applicable law.

Responsibilities
