Job summary

ARS-Rescue Rooter is seeking in-store Sales Representatives/Lead Generators to engage customers inside national home improvement retail stores in Plymouth, MA. Roles offer both part-time and full-time opportunities with pay of $23–$25 per hour plus uncapped commission and weekly direct deposit.

Training is provided; weekends required and schedules are flexible. Opportunities exist to advance into HVAC sales roles.

What You Need:

• You don't need HVAC experience to be successful.
• Outgoing personality and willingness to speak with shoppers
• Retail, kiosk, Door-to-Door, or sales experience preferred (not required)
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts
• Weekend and some holiday availability
• Reliable transportation
• Clean, professional appearance representing the ARS brand
• Ability to attend weekly in-office meetings
