American Residential Services (ARS) is hiring In-Store Sales Lead Generators to represent HVAC and plumbing services inside national home improvement retail stores in Katy, TX. Part-time and full-time roles available, with up to 20 hours weekly for PT and 30–35 hours for FT.

Earn $18–$20 per hour plus uncapped commission; average earnings $20–$30/hour with commission. Benefits include weekly pay, paid training, and opportunity for advancement.

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality and willingness to speak with shoppers.
• Retail, kiosk, door-to-door, or sales experience preferred (not required).
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts.
• Weekend and some holiday availability.

Qualifications:

You don't need HVAC experience to be successful. We are looking for people who are:

• Outgoing personality and willingness to speak with shoppers
• Retail, kiosk, Door-to-Door, or sales experience preferred (not required)
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts
• Weekend and some holiday availability
• Reliable transportation
• Clean, professional appearance representing the ARS brand
• Ability to attend weekly in-office meetings
• Employment is contingent on a background check in accordance with applicable law
