ARS-Rescue Rooter in Florence, SC is hiring In-Store Sales Lead Generators to represent HVAC and plumbing services inside national home improvement stores. Pay is $17 per hour plus commission, with earning potential of $20–$30/hour on average; part-time and full-time opportunities are available, with weekend availability.

You will engage customers in-store, start friendly conversations, educate them on solutions, and generate qualified leads for in-home consultations.

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality and willingness to speak with shoppers.
• Sales experience in retail or door-to-door preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts.
