ARS-Rescue Rooter in Chantilly, VA is hiring In-Store Sales Lead Generators to represent HVAC and plumbing services inside national home improvement retail stores. Part-time and full-time roles available with flexible hours and weekend availability.

• Outgoing personality and willingness to speak with shoppers.
• Retail, sales, or customer service experience preferred (not required).
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts.

• Clean, professional appearance representing the ARS brand.
• Ability to attend weekly in-office meetings.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a retail store environment.
• Approach shoppers and start friendly, professional conversations.
• Ask questions to understand customers' home comfort needs.
