American Residential Services (ARS) is hiring a Retail Sales Associate to work inside major home improvement retail locations in Springhill, FL. This sales role focuses on customer engagement, lead generation, and setting appointments for ARS home comfort services.

You will start conversations with shoppers, educate them on ARS heating, cooling and energy solutions, and schedule free in-home consultations. We offer weekly pay, uncapped commissions, paid training, and flexible schedules with

Qualifications

Outgoing personality and willingness to speak with shoppers.
Retail or sales experience preferred (not required).
Ability to stand and walk during shifts.
Weekend and some holiday availability.
Reliable transportation.
Clean, professional appearance representing the ARS brand.
Ability to attend weekly in-office meetings.
Employment is contingent on a background check in accordance with applicable law.
