Job summary
American Residential Services (ARS) is hiring Retail Sales Associates to work inside major home improvement retail locations. You will talk with customers about heating and cooling upgrades, air quality improvements, energy savings, and how ARS can add value to their home.
Generate leads for a FREE in-home consultation or sell a home performance tune-up, with management taking over from there. We offer weekly pay, uncapped commission, paid training, and flexible part-time and full-time
Qualifications
- Outgoing personality and willingness to speak with shoppers.
- Retail, kiosk, or sales experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand and walk during shifts.
- Weekend and some holiday availability.
- Reliable transportation and professional appearance.
Responsibilities
- Engage with homeowners while they shop and introduce ARS heating, cooling, and home comfort solutions.
- Generate leads and schedule free in-home consultations.
- Enter customer information and book appointments for ARS specialists.
- Represent ARS with a professional and positive in-store presence.
- Support in-store promotions alongside retail management and ARS team members.
