The Restaurant Store in Jacksonville is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an outstanding level of customer service and support throughout a retail branch location. You will engage with customers for the majority of the workday to ensure quick, accurate assistance and a positive in-store experience while driving daily sales.

Responsabilidades

• Engage in direct customer service and sales interactions for the majority of the workday, focusing on understanding customer needs and delivering accurate, timely support
• Serve as the first point of contact for incoming phone calls by providing prompt assistance, answering questions, and directing inquiries as needed
• Assist customers in locating products on the sales floor while offering informed product recommendations that align with their specific needs
• Promote and explain membership programs, warranties, and additional store services to enhance customer value and overall experience
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe equipment display section through routine upkeep
• Communicate effectively with Sales Manager and Sales Team members to report stock needs, customer concerns, and operational issues that impact service
• Perform additional tasks and support initiatives as assigned by management to ensure smooth location operations and alignment with overall business goals
