Job summary

American Home Design is hiring Promotions Representatives to join our Dalton, GA team, with both part-time and full-time options. You’ll work inside local Home Depot stores, setting qualified appointments for free water tests and engaging shoppers with a friendly script.

Paid training, a lucrative base plus unlimited bonuses, weekly pay, and potential for full-time employment with benefits (including health insurance) are offered. Growth opportunities exist within the company.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing background.
• Ability to speak to customers with confidence and enthusiasm.
• Independent, self-motivated, comfortable with rejection.
• Tech-savvy and able to learn app-based systems.
• Must work at least one weekend day; flexible schedule.
• Reliable transportation and able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Set qualified appointments for in-home water assessments.
• Engage shoppers using a script to generate interest.
• Call the Call Center to confirm and schedule appointments.
• Use provided script and tools accurately.
• Maintain energy and professionalism during shifts.
• Meet or exceed hourly appointment targets.
