American Residential Services (ARS) is seeking enthusiastic In-Store Promotions Specialists to engage homeowners inside major home improvement retailers. This sales role focuses on customer engagement, lead generation, and scheduling free in-home consultations for ARS heating, cooling, and home comfort solutions.

You will be a brand ambassador, educating customers on ARS services, while building a professional in-store presence and supporting promotions with management and team members.

We’re hiring In-Store Promotions Specialists to work inside major home improvement retail locations. This is a sales role focused on customer engagement, lead generation, and appointment setting.

You’ll connect with homeowners while they shop, learn about their home-comfort needs, and introduce them to ARS heating, cooling, plumbing, energy-efficiency, and indoor air-quality solutions.

• Generate leads and schedule free in-home consultations

• Represent ARS with a professional and positive in-store presence
• Support in-store promotions alongside retail management and ARS team members

Qualifications
