ARS-Rescue Rooter on James Island, SC is hiring In-Store Promotions Specialists to engage customers inside major home improvement retailers. This sales role focuses on customer engagement, lead generation, and appointment setting for home comfort solutions.

Compensation includes $18–$20 per hour plus uncapped commission, with weekly pay and paid training. Both part-time and full-time positions are available; benefits kick in after 31 days for full-time staff.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Start friendly conversations with shoppers about home comfort, energy efficiency and IAQ.
Act as a Brand Ambassador by educating customers on ARS services and solutions.
Generate leads and schedule free in-home consultations.
Enter customer information and book appointments for ARS specialists.
Represent ARS with a professional in-store presence.
Support in-store promotions alongside retail management and ARS team members.
