Job summary

ThisWay is seeking a Part Time Product Demonstrator in Oak Brook, IL to engage customers through product demonstrations and sampling at scheduled in-store events. You will prepare samples, maintain cleanliness, and support sales efforts while working 2-3 shifts weekly, including weekends.

Ideal candidates are 18+, able to lift up to 50 lbs, and comfortable interacting with customers and staff. Training and benefits are provided, with opportunities for advancement.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and provide product demonstrations.
• Conduct product sampling during scheduled in-store events.
• Prepare, cook, and present food or product samples as required.
• Maintain cleanliness of the work area and equipment.
• Follow all safety guidelines in a retail environment.
• Support sales efforts by promoting featured products.
• Communicate effectively with team members and store personnel.
• Work both independently and as part of a team.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work 2-3 shifts per week, including weekends.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for up to 6 hours.
• Comfortable interacting with customers and store staff.
• Ability to prepare food and handle equipment safely.
• Reliable transportation to and from the work location.
• Ability to follow safety procedures in a retail setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• $17.00 per hour.
