Job summary

The Operations Brand Ambassador role at brobstongroup.com is an entry-level position based in Chandler, Arizona. Qualifications

• Back-of-house or high-volume retail operations experience preferred.
• Effective communication skills with customers and store personnel.
• Ability to lift/maneuver up to 30 lbs, climb, and move around the sales floor and stock areas.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and occasional travel.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming freight and inspect deliveries.
• Perform daily RFID inventory scans and maintain stock levels.
• Manage ship-to-home orders and assist with stock checks.
• Support visual merchandising and store presentation standards.
• Assist with customer service when on the sales floor.
