Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Task Associate to support store operations and deliver an exceptional guest experience. You will keep fixtures stocked, assist with merchandise resets, planograms, and inventory procedures while following procedures and policies.

You will work with the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager, focusing on performance, people, and process, and maintain store cleanliness. Flexibility with shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent.
• Proficient with basic technology, POS systems, and Apple devices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to problem solve.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals by ensuring tasks are executed and product is available.
• Meet compliance and execution goals related to task dashboard and inventory/shipment processes.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
• Contribute to an inclusive environment for teammates and guests.
• Participate in ongoing training for professional development and sales performance.
• Follow Ulta Beauty policies, dress code, and standard operating procedures.
• Complete merchandise resets, planograms, displays, inventory procedures, and shipments using Ulta Beauty's practices.
• Drive operational excellence by keeping areas replenished and testers available.
• Maintain store cleanliness across salesfloor, restrooms, cashwrap, backroom, break area.
• Protect assets via loss prevention and guest service.
• Execute other operational tasks as directed.
