Job summary

Sun Com Mobile, LLC is hiring for a full-time Retail Sales Consultant to deliver high quality sales and exceed benchmarks at our Stone Mountain location. You will drive sales of handsets, rate plans, features and accessories in line with management guidance.

Responsibilities include modeling best practices, assisting new hires, maintaining store policies, and managing inventory and paperwork with accuracy. Spanish preferred; 18+ and US work authorized; 4 days/30 hours minimum per week.

Qualifications

• Deliver complete, high quality sales that exceed the company's benchmark on key metrics.
• Drive sales of preferred handsets, rate plans, features and accessories, per company guidance and benchmarks set by management.
• Practice specific behaviors and best practices to generate and maximize sales and key metrics, as indicated by management.
• Perform as a role model and offer assistance for all new hires and peer Retail Sales Consultants.
• Perform other work-related tasks, as assigned by management.
