Sun Com Mobile, LLC is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant at our Atlanta, Texas location to deliver complete, high-quality sales that exceed benchmarks. You will drive sales of handsets, rate plans, features, and accessories, following management guidance to maximize key metrics and serve as a role model for new hires.

The position is full-time, in-person with a 30-hour minimum weekly schedule. Spanish is preferred, and eligible employees receive benefits including 401(k), healthcare, vision

Qualifikationen

• Deliver complete, high quality sales that exceed company benchmarks.
• Drive sales of handsets, rate plans, features and accessories per management benchmarks.
• Assist new hires and peers; act as role model.
• Follow company policies and procedures.

Aufgaben

• Adhere to all policies and paperwork procedures as outlined in handbooks.
• Master required systems: RQ4, Paycom, etc.
• Regularly review sales paperwork for discrepancies and errors.
• Open/close store with accurate checklists and zero errors.
• Maintain store appearance and inventory accuracy.
