Job summary
SAS Retail Services, an Advantage Solutions company, is seeking associates to support in-store merchandising and customer engagement in Newberg, Oregon. You will build displays, reset shelves, rotate products, and help manage inventory while assisting leadership with onboarding and scheduling.

Qualifications
- 18 years or older
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs
- 1–2 years merchandising experience
- Experience leading and training people
- Reliable transportation
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Motivated self-starter with action-oriented mindset
- Able to work independently and in a team
- Retail environment safety mindset
- Comfort with using a smartphone/tablet to record work
Responsibilities
- Provide in-store merchandising support to meet shoppers’ needs, including building displays and end caps
- Reset shelves with product rotation and track inventory to maximize sales opportunities
- Support leadership with reporting, scheduling, and onboarding new hires
