Job summary

SAS Retail Services, an Advantage Solutions company, provides in-store merchandising support to retailers to meet shoppers’ needs. This includes building displays, end caps, shelf resets, and inventory tracking to maximize sales opportunities.

You will support leadership with reporting, training, scheduling, and onboarding new hires, while delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of merchandising experience
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs
• 18 years or older
• Reliable transportation to work location
• Experience leading and training people
• Can use smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently but also possess successful team-building skills
• Safety-first mindset in a retail environment
