SAS Retail Services, an Advantage Solutions company, is seeking an in-store merchandising associate in the San Jose area. You will build displays, reset shelves, rotate products, and monitor inventory to support sales opportunities.

You will also assist leadership with reporting, scheduling, onboarding new hires, and training teammates. No prior experience is required as training is provided; 18+ and able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of merchandising experience.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Motivated self-starter with bias for action and results.

Responsabilités

• Provide in-store merchandising support to retailers to meet shoppers’ needs.
• Build displays and end caps, reset shelves with product rotation, and track inventory.
• Support leadership with reporting, scheduling, and onboarding new hires.
