Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a FAST Team Member to work in-store, taking ownership of planograms, signage, price changes, and fixture assembly. You will interact with customers, deliver legendary service, and support other tasks as needed.

You should have retail/merchandising experience and be able to read, write and count accurately. Duties include signage maintenance, safety, and working shifts based on business needs.

Qualifications

• Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations on work completion and issues.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Perform project related measurements.
• Complete store price changes accurately and in a timely manner.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Promote a safe and productive work environment and adhere to safety guidelines.
• Provide legendary customer service utilizing GURA (Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend, Ask for the sale).
• Team members may perform other duties as assigned.
