Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to support a single store with end-to-end tasks, including planograms, signage, price changes, and fixture assembly. You will interact with customers and teammates while delivering legendary service and maintaining store standards.

The role requires prior retail/merchandising experience, strong communication, and basic computer skills. Shifts vary by store and may be 4–10+ hours per day in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail and/or merchandising is required.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Read, write, and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Execute planograms and store resets accurately and timely.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage (Circulars, Price Cuts, Managers’ Specials).
• Perform price changes and merchandise/fixture assembly.
• Provide legendary customer service and prioritize customers in-store.
