Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to work in-store, owning end-to-end tasks like planograms, signage, and price changes while supporting merchandise and fixtures assembly. You will engage customers and team members, delivering legendary service.

The role requires 18+, reading/writing/counting accuracy, and basic computer skills, with shifts varying by store and business needs. A high school diploma is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Retail or merchandising experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Reading, writing, and counting accuracy.
• Ability to perform under varying shifts and conditions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate with District FAST Supervisor and Store Ops on completion and issues.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and timely.
• Perform project-related measurements.
• Complete store price changes accurately and timely.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Ensure planogram integrity and recovery.
• Provide legendary customer service using the GURA method.
• Promote a safe and productive environment; follow safety guidelines.
• May perform other duties as assigned.
