Job summary

SAS Retail Services is seeking an in-store merchandising associate in California. You will build displays, reset shelves, rotate products, and track inventory to maximize sales opportunities. You will also support leadership with reporting, scheduling, and onboarding new hires in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Customer-friendly, enthusiastic interaction with shoppers and management.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Reliable transportation to the work location.
• 1–2 years of merchandising experience.
• Experience leading and training people.
• Record work after each shift on a smartphone/tablet.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Self-starter with bias for action and results.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Safety-first mindset in a retail environment.
