Job summary

SAS Retail Services in Grass Valley, CA is seeking an in-store merchandiser to support retailers by building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to maximize sales opportunities. You will also assist leadership with reporting, scheduling, and onboarding new hires, helping shape a better shopping experience for customers.

No prior experience is required as we provide training and team support.

Qualifications

• Experience in merchandising or retail is preferred but not required.
• Must be 18 years or older and able to perform physical tasks.
• Experience leading and training people is a plus.
• Ability to use a smartphone/tablet to record work after shifts.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills required.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-store merchandising support to retailers to meet shoppers’ needs.
• Build displays and end caps, reset shelves with product rotation, and track inventory.
