No prior experience required; training provided. You will support leadership with reporting, scheduling, and onboarding new hires, and you should be customer‑focused, reliable, and able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of merchandising experience.
• Experience leading and training people.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-store merchandising support to retailers; build displays and end caps, reset shelves and rotate products.
• Track inventory to maximize sales opportunities and support scheduling, onboarding and training for new hires.
• Assist leadership with reporting and day-to-day store operations.
