Job summary

SAS Retail Services, an Advantage Solutions company, is seeking a Retail Merchandiser to support in-store initiatives in Issaquah, WA. You will build displays, reset shelves, rotate products, and help track inventory to maximize sales opportunities.

No prior experience required as training and team support are provided. The role offers benefits and potential for additional hours; you will also assist with reporting, scheduling, and onboarding new hires.

Qualifications

• Friendly, enthusiastic, outgoing customer service.
• 18 years or older.
• Ability to perform physical work and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable transportation to work location.
• 1–2 years of merchandising experience.
• Experience leading and training people.
• Able to record work with a smartphone or tablet after each shift.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with clients, customers and team members.
• Motivated self-starter with strong bias for action and results.
• Work independently, but also possess team-building skills.
• Safety-first mentality in a retail environment.

Responsibilities
