Mondelēz International is seeking a motivated individual to join their Field Sales team in Medford, MA. The role focuses on optimizing in-store visibility for products such as Oreo and Ritz. Responsibilities include managing displays, performing store visits, and ensuring product stock levels meet company standards.

Candidates should possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently, along with a valid driver’s license. The position offers an hourly wage between $23.44 and $25.44, along with a comprehensive benefits package.

Formación

• At least 18 years of age and a valid driver’s license issued by the state of residence.
• Physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs and occasional pulling over 50 lbs; routine repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying.
• Live within 25–35 miles of Dedham, MA.

Responsabilidades

• Carry out instore visits according to Mondelēz visit method.
• Be in charge of quantitative and qualitative filling of Mondelēz products.
• Follow check-out implementation plan guidelines.
• Construct promotional displays and manage shelf space.
• Order product via iPad Tablet for shelf and display.
