Job summary

Mondelēz International is looking for a Field Sales Associate in Boston. You will be responsible for maximizing the visibility of our products and optimizing sales through in-store merchandising. Key responsibilities include conducting store visits, managing promotional displays, and ensuring stock availability for leading brands such as Oreo and Ritz.

Ideal candidates will have good interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and a valid driver’s license. The position offers competitive hourly pay and various benefits, including a 401k plan and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age and a valid driver’s license issued by the state of residence.
• Physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs and occasional pulling over 50 lbs.
• Live within 25–35 miles of Dedham, MA.

Responsibilities

• Optimize instore visibility of Mondelēz products.
• Conduct in-store visits following Mondelēz’ guidelines.
• Construct promotional displays and manage shelf space.
