Job summary

Retail Odyssey is seeking an in-store merchandising assistant to support retailers with displays, shelf resets, and inventory tracking. You will also back leadership with reporting, scheduling, and onboarding new hires.

No prior experience required as training is provided; you must be 18+, capable of lifting up to 50 lbs, and have reliable transportation. Earn $14.50 per hour with opportunities for additional hours and benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and wellness

Qualifications

• 1-2 years merchandising experience.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to lead and train others.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-store merchandising support: build displays and end caps, rotate product shelves, and track inventory.
• Support leadership with reporting, scheduling, training, and onboarding new hires.
• Record work after each shift using a smartphone or tablet.
