Job summary

The Retail Odyssey Company is seeking an in-store merchandising assistant in Ohio to help shape shopper experiences. You will build displays, reset shelves, and monitor inventory to maximize sales opportunities, while learning with support from a large network of retailers and brands.

No prior experience is required as training and team support are provided, with additional hours possible and benefits customizable to family needs.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical retail tasks.
• Reliable transportation to the work location.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Motivated self-starter with a bias for action and results.
• Ability to work independently, but also as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-store merchandising support to retailers, including building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation.
• Track inventory to ensure stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities.
• Collaborate with store staff to ensure timely merchandising and presentation.
