Job summary

The Retail Odyssey Company is seeking an in-store merchandising associate to help shape the shopper experience. You will support retailers by building displays, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to maximize sales opportunities.

Training and team support are provided, and benefits can be customized. Applicants should be 18+, comfortable with customer interactions, physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs, and have reliable transportation to the work site.

Qualifications

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic manner.
• You’re 18 years or older.
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members.
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results.
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills.
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment.

Responsibilities
