Qualifications

• Friendly, outgoing manner when interacting with customers and management.
• 18 years or older.
• Able to move, bend, stand, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable transportation to the work location.
• Demonstrated customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Motivated self-starter with bias for action and results.
• Work independently or with a team; safety-first mindset in retail.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-store merchandising support to retailers to meet shoppers' needs.
• Build displays and end caps, reset shelves with product rotation.
• Track inventory to maximize sales opportunities.
• Support leadership with onboarding new hires, training and coaching team members.
