Job summary

Pepsi-Cola of Florence, LLC is seeking a dependable Merchandiser to manage product placement and stock levels in small format accounts within Florence, SC. You will move products from backrooms to sales floors, rotate stock, and build displays while maintaining merchandising standards.

You’ll develop relationships with store personnel, ensure timely visits, and deliver exceptional customer service. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required to cover multiple locations

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work reliably and independently with minimal daily supervision.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Regular, reliable attendance and transportation to multi-location shifts.
• Read, write, and perform basic math.

Responsibilities

• Fills, merchandises, and rotates products according to standards in all beverage locations.
• Organizes, rotates, and maintains backroom by stacking and arranging product and pallets.
• Repacks damaged product for sale and coordinates credits with presales rep.
• Builds customer relationships at the store level and delivers best-in-class service.
• Communicates with customers to identify needs while in the account.
• Works the established schedule including weekend days.
