Red Bull Distribution Company is seeking a Full-Time Merchandiser in Maple Grove, MN. You will ensure Red Bull products are stocked, displayed, rotated, and maintained to brand standards across accounts, with heavy lifting and active in-store support.

Responsibilities include shelf merchandising, backstock management, and collaboration with sales teams to optimize product visibility. A valid US driver’s license and reliable vehicle are required, with emphasis on safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience merchandising is a plus.
• A valid US Driver’s License.
• Reliable vehicle to be used for work purposes with at least the minimum insurance coverage.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays necessary.
• English; additional languages an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Merchandise products on shelves, in displays, cold vaults and in coolers, ensuring full stock, proper rotation, and compliance with planograms and shelf schematics.
• Rotate products from back stock to shelves, displays, or cold vaults, reviewing code dates at every visit.
• Pull and report any dented, damaged, dirty, or expired product for removal or exchange.
• Ensure all cold equipment, racks and other point of sale are current, clean, and presented in accordance with brand standards.
• Maintain clean, organized backstock areas by consolidating inventory to support optimal stock levels and product freshness.
• Support in-store execution, which may include building, maintaining, and optimizing displays to maximize visibility and sales.
• Other duties as assigned.
• May regularly collaborate with Account Sales Manager(s) or customers to address product availability, optimize display execution, and support inventory needs.
