Job summary

Red Bull Distribution Company in Rocky Mount, NC, is seeking a Full-Time Merchandiser to ensure Red Bull products are stocked, displayed, rotated to brand standards, and available at point of sale.

The role involves lifting cases, visiting stores, maintaining backstock, and building in-store displays to maximize visibility and sales. A valid US driver’s license and reliable vehicle are required; 18+; merchandising experience a plus.

Qualifications

• A valid US Driver’s License.
• Reliable vehicle to be used for work purposes with insurance.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience merchandising is a plus.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and displays.
• English; additional languages an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise products on shelves, displays, cold vaults and in coolers, ensuring full stock, proper rotation, and planogram compliance.
• Rotate products from back stock to shelves and review code dates at every visit.
• Pull and report any dented, damaged, dirty, or expired product for removal or exchange.
• Ensure cold equipment and POS are clean and presented to brand standards.
• Maintain organized backstock to support stock levels and freshness.
• Support in-store execution by building and optimizing displays to maximize visibility and sales.
• Other duties as assigned.
