Job summary

Hallmark is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to work in retail stores across the Verona area. You will independently restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark product inventory, and collaborate with store teams to optimize shelf placement.

The role emphasizes strong organization, time management, and customer service as you engage with staff and shoppers. Expected duties include supporting seasonal resets, installations, and inventory checks, with a variable schedule and weekend availability.

Qualifications

• You’re at least 18 years of age.
• You’re able to read, write and understand English.
• You have the ability to grasp, pull, lift, and carry products up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
• Able to operate a digital hand-held device to open and read documents and interpret information.
• You have access to a Wi-Fi network and the internet.
• You have access to consistent transportation to travel to and between assigned stores as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Restock, organize, and monitor the inventory of Hallmark products within and outside the Hallmark department.
• Collaborate with store teams to optimize product placement and seasonal resets.
• Support installations, fixture building, and department resets, including evenings or weekends when required.
• Provide courteous interaction with store staff, management, and customers.
