Job summary

Mondelēz International is hiring a Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer for in-store merchandising in Cambridge, MN (with Blaine, MN as a secondary location). You will visit stores, optimize product visibility, and place orders via iPad to ensure stock. A driver’s license and 18+ age are required; weekend availability is expected.

You will work closely with sales reps, maintain Nabisco brands on shelves, and follow Mondelēz merchandising steps to support promotions and new product launches.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.
• Live within 25–35 miles of Cambridge, MN; secondary location Blaine, MN.
• Open weekend availability required.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs and push/pull over 50 lbs.
• Retail/grocery experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with employees and coordinate with sales reps to optimize product visibility and displays.
• Conduct in-store visits following Mondelēz DSD Merchandising steps and capture display photos.
• Order product via iPad to maintain stock levels.
• Ensure Nabisco brands are well represented and stocked per guidelines.
• Follow negotiated store plans and communicate issues to Mondelēz management.
• Adhere to the merchandising manager’s daily schedule for efficient in-store service.
• Enhance seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches.
• Maintain a positive, upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz in stores.
