Qualifications

• 18 years or older and comfortable interacting with customers.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical duties.
• 1–2 years of merchandising experience.
• Experience leading and training teammates.
• Reliable transportation to work location.
• Able to record work on a smartphone/tablet.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with action orientation and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-store merchandising support to meet shoppers' needs.
• Build displays and end caps, reset shelves with product rotation.
• Track inventory to maximize sales opportunities.
