The Retail Odyssey Company is seeking an in-store merchandiser to support retailers by building displays, creating end caps, and ensuring shelves are rotated for optimal sales. No prior experience is required as training and team support are provided.

The role requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and engage with customers and store management in a friendly, energetic manner. Relocation or commuting to Romulus, MI is expected for on-site work, with benefits available.

Qualifications

• Comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.
• You’re 18 years or older.
• Capable of moving, bending, standing and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with clients, customers and team members.
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results.
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills.
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment.

Responsabilités

• Provide in-store merchandising support to retailers, including building displays and end caps.
• Reset shelves with product rotation and track inventory to maximize sales opportunities.
