Job summary

SAS Retail Services, an Advantage Solutions company, is seeking an in-store merchandising support associate in Matthews, NC. You will build displays and end caps, reset shelves with rotation, and monitor inventory to maximize sales. You’ll also assist with reporting, scheduling, and onboarding new hires.

No prior experience required; training provided. You must be 18+, able to lift up to 50 lbs, and comfortable using a smartphone to record shifts.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years merchandising experience.
• Ability to lead and mentor teammates.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Safety-minded with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities
