Job summary

SAS Retail Services, an Advantage Solutions company, is seeking a motivated in-store merchandiser in Greensboro to support retailers with displays, shelf resets, and inventory checks. You will learn to lead and train teammates, while using mobile devices to record daily work and performance data.

We offer growth opportunities, training, and customizable benefits. No prior experience is required as training is provided, with potential for additional hours upon request.

Qualifications

1-2 years of merchandising experience required or demonstrated ability to perform duties.
Able to interact with customers and management in a friendly manner.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
Reliable transportation to and from the work location.
Willingness to be trained and to train others.

Responsibilities

Provide in-store merchandising support to retailers, including building displays and end caps.
Reset shelves with product rotation and track inventory to maximize sales opportunities.
Support leadership with reporting, scheduling, and onboarding new hires.
Record work after each shift using a smartphone or tablet.
Deliver friendly, proactive customer service and teamwork.
